Excuses, Excuses...

I just have to sit and give myself a pat on the back :) When my customers order, I acknowledge their order and get to work. There is none of this "well it'll be a couple of days before I can get to it". There was ONE instance that I could not get the color tulle I needed but I stayed in constant contact with my customer every step of the way. At the moment I have a 2-3 day turn around time. Now, I am sure that time frame will get longer as more customers start to order new items. I am just proud that none of my customers have to come searching for me or their order.

Problems or complaints: If YOU EVER have a problem or complaint, I'd like for it to be in an email. HOWEVER if you can't get in touch with me, PLEASE feel free to write on my wall. I will NEVER delete anything. Negative comments can sometimes be just as helpful as the positive ones. Besides, there is no need in pretending that i make everyone happy 100% of the time. Let's be real here. Like I said, I prefer an email but feel free to comment on my wall.

I can't wait for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have been working on some CUTE new items (that are not posted yet) and can not wait to see what everyone thinks :) Hope everyone has had a wonderful week. Enjoy your weekend :)

So proud of myself

This business started out SO slow but now I am steadily working on orders several days a week. I can't wait until the time when I get to create these items every single day. It's so exciting to see little girls so happy with my bows and tutus. Soon i plan to offer matching tutus for little girls and their dolls. I can't wait until the Spring as well. I plan on make little summer dresses. i can not wait! So exciting. I love being able to get on my page on facebook and see messages on the Wall or check my email and have a new order. It's really exciting. Here are just a FEW of the creations i came up with in the past few days :)

i am just honestly so proud of myself.  I can't wait to post of a picture of my daughter in her halloween costume. i made the tutu and bow :) You'll never guess what she's going to be! If you have a daughter or know of any special little girls to buy for, please stop on over at Maggie Shea Creations and take a look.
